The corporate governance structure can explain the general system of enterprisein order to solve the questions about corporate governance and development andsupporting the implementation of management measures.Generally,the main contentsof corporate governance structure including the relationship between internalcorporate governance participants in the process,these include the company’sshareholders,the members of the board of directors and is responsible for theactivities of the company managers, corporate governance between the parties, oftenwill have an important impact on the development of enterprise management andlong-term performance.Changchun Zhonghui company as a media industry of small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises, is a typical family business, is a typical representative of thecurrent team of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the developmentlevel of the business enterprise to a large extent affects the health and vitality ofChina’s national economy.
