Study On The Order Management&Production Plan Of CACC Under The Environment Of Supply Chain

According to the yearly finance report of Continental Automotive ChangchunCo.,Ltd., from facial year2010to2013， the cost of on hand stock is on a total valueof30%to40%.And the root cause of this high value stock is the lack of managementon both order management and production plan management. Since the year of2007， after Siemens Automotive Changchun plant became a part of ContinentalAutomotive Changchun Co., Ltd.， and the development of global automotiveindustry， the business of Continental Automotive Changchun Co.,Ltd. has increaseda lot. At the same time，compared with the dramatic increase of the business， thetraditional management method on both order management and production plan hasexposed some problems. On the one hand， the high value of on hand stock hascaused a low level of cash turn rate. On the other hand， due to the increase ofcustomer order， the raw material often faces shortage which has caused the delay oforder fulfillment and shipment delay. And this situation has caused customercompliance and lack of satisfaction.Under this background， in order to keep the leading position in the globalautomotive industry， it is very necessary to find out a solution on the order andproduction plan management， which could provide a basic rule for the dailyproduction and running.This research mainly based on the way of supply chain management and follows theprocess of project management， focus on the problems on the order managementand production management， according to the current situation on the globalautomotive industry， optimized and make out a new process on both ordermanagement and a new working process and implement the new process to the dailywork and production. And this new process will enhance the supply chain production plan. To reach this target， we need to use the function and related figures of theSAP APO module and run out management capability of Continental AutomotiveChangchun Corp. Ltd. and catch the market opportunity of global automotiveindustry. At the same time， we hope this research will help the related companies onthe re-design of order and management process.
