With international oil prices bottoming out at the end of 2016,oil producers are stepping up production,creating a huge demand for the valves in the oil's transportation.China is the world's largest valve production base,when the international valve market demand recovery,a large number of valve production orders from the foreign market to the domestic valve production enterprises.But the marketing channel of valves are mostly in the hands of foreign valve enterprises,domestic valve enterprises are mainly the OEM of foreign valve brands.At the same time,domestic enterprises valve started relatively late,the overall strength is less than foreign enterprise's in the area of production management level production efficiency,in addition,domestic production costs rising in recent years,but the profit is reduced.Thus,most of the enterprise by improving the enterprise internal production management to meet customer demand,in order to win more purchase orders of the valve.Taking J valve company the production management as the research object,in order to improve the on time delivery of J valve orders for the purpose,from the company's goal planning,material and production plan,the production process control and supplier control,in-depth analysis of the cause J valve company current order delivery rate is low.First,the company's management did not use an order-driven approach to assign the company's goals to each department.Secondly,the planning department can't control the material and production plan in real time.Again,the workshop arranges the production at will;finally,the supplier cannot deliver the product as required.In view of the above problems,based on the lean production theory,this paper proposes improvement plans from four aspects.First,order-driven planning process tracking management improvements.Second,production logistics-driven assembly and machining plan coordinated management improvement;Third,Program batch management improvements base on mass customization;Forth,the way of supplier cooperation is improved.Through the above measures,has been clear about the J company as a whole production goals and tasks,refine the J valves work tasks,each production department makes the entire production process can run normally and orderly,and improve the production yield rate,eventually improve customer orders on time delivery,to win the trust of customers and customer orders.
