Research On The Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Ability Of Listed Corporation In XPCC

In the environment of market economy with rapid development and dynamic changes, entrepreneursand markets will agree with the statement that the operator who can not be innovative will not eventuallyescape the fate of being eliminated. Although in different stages of economic development, the direction oftechnological innovation and the form of technological innovation manifestations will change, which havebeen a driving force in economic and social development. Listed companies are corporations with highquality representing excellent assets, standardized management, and transparent information, the strengthof whose technology innovation capability largely has a direct impact on the strength of nationalcompetitiveness. The listed companies of XPCC constitute an integral part of a listed companies. Therefore,how to use the theory of technological innovation capability of listed companies in XPCC to makescientific evaluation is currently a hot research topic among scholars at home and abroad. Based on theabove, this paper takes listed corporations of XPCC as the objects of study, and has a comprehensiveevaluation of the technology innovation ability, which will enhance the competitiveness of the listedcorporation in XPCC, and has a great significance to social and economic development in XPCC.First, this paper reviews the domestic and international researches on the enterprisetechnology innovation ability of literature, takes the technological innovation theory and technologyinnovation theory, and then under the guidance of the relevant theory, constructs the practical technologyinnovation ability of XPCC’s listed corporation’s evaluation index system, uses the entropy method andthe ideal point method (TOPSIS) by means of computing the weight by entropy, applys entropy coefficientto the TOPSIS method to evaluate the technology innovation capability of listed corporation in XPCC. Inorder to comprehensively evaluate XPCC’s listed corporation technology innovation ability, this papermakes the longitudinal and transverse evaluation. Longitudinal evaluation of XPCC’s listedcorporation from2008to2012is to evaluate the technological innovation capability, dynamic changetrend analysis on its technology innovation ability and the causes of change. Transverse evaluation is tomake a whole technical innovation ability comparison between the listed corporation of XPCC and theXinjiang’s local industries, and to analyze the current situation of technological innovation ability ofXPCC’s listed Corporation.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Longitudinal evaluation:①In2008-2012, the technologicalinnovation capability of listed companies in XPCC has steadily increasing trend;②In listed companies ofXPCC, the companies with high technical ability are: Xinjiang TianYe, Xinjiang Tecon AnimalBio-Technology Co.,Ltd. and Xinjiang YilLe Industry Co., Ltd.. Companies with low technologicalinnovation capability are: Xinjiang TaLimu Agriculture Development Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Sayram ModernAgriculture Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Chalkis Co., Ltd.③Differences of technology innovation ability indifferent industries are large; in same industry, different companies in the technology innovation ability are different.(2)Evaluate the lateral comparison:①XPCC’s technological innovation capability of listedcompanies is slightly higher than the overall Xinjiang’s local technological innovation capability of listedcompanies, but the overall level is not high;②The technological innovation capability comparison oflisted companies of various industries in XPCC: B Mining> E building industry> C manufacturing> Aagriculture; comparing;③Make a comparison between XPCC and local listed company’s internaltechnological innovation capability: technology innovation capabilities of XPCC’s construction,manufacturing and agriculture-listed companies are higher than the local; XPCC’s mining industry’stechnological innovation capability of listed companies is less than the local. Finally, through theevaluation and analysis of the horizontal and vertical Corps listed company’s technology innovation is notstrong reasons given in the last targeted to enhance the technological innovation capability corps companylisted suggestions, and future research were discussed.At the end of this paper analyzes the reasons that technological innovation capability inXPCC’s listed corporation is not strong from two aspects of external environment and enterprises. Andfinally, the counter measures to enhance the abilities of technology innovation of XPCC’s listedcorporation are given, and the future research is prospected.
