An Empirical Study On The Impact Of ERP On The Financial Performance Of The Listing Corporation

Informatization is a certain stage of the process that the enterprise must experience,ERP system has been widely used at home and abroad as an advanced informationmanagement software，with the popularization of the application，more and moreproblems are emerging,such as the implementation of the success rate is relatively low，the investment cost is too high, long implementation cycle, plus is also disturbedinformation circles “productivity paradox”，namely after the implementation of ERPwill decrease the performance of enterprises，the phenomenon makes for on-line ERPsystem of enterprise has been holding a cautious attitude，the research has been no aunified conclusion，therefore it is necessary to carry out what effects will be, to providebasis for decision of enterprises.This paper discusses the concept of financial performance，defined the concept offinancial performance， the definition of “Provisional Measures” to the financialperformance of the enterprise integrated performance evaluation management，throughthe four aspects of profitability，asset quality，debt risk and business growth as ameasure of financial performance. In the part of theoretical analysis，combined with theprinciple of ERP effect on financial performance. In the part of empirical study，respectively by paired samples T test and regression analysis to test to prove that theeffect of ERP after the implementation of the four aspects of the enterprise financialperformance, results show that，the implementation of ERP will weaken the enterpriseprofitability，asset quality enhancement，debt risk，business growth enhancement，soenterprises in preparation for the ERP system must make enough money ready，toensure that future cash flow stability.
