Along with the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more complex and changeful environment, both internal and external, is prompting companies to make long-term, forward-looking thinking, and meet the challenge with active way rather than passive way. It has been shown that a clear vision can have an important leading role to the competition, the enterprise strategy implementation and innovation of enterprise. Therefore, vision theory is attracting more and more attention of people in theory and management practice area.On the other hand, realistic job preview as a recruitment technology, has developed and matured in our country. But realistic job preview only focus on levels of position information preview, and ignore the organizational level of information preview.It prevents preview of different positions from being comparable.Therefore, scholars gradually turn to the organizational level of information preview, namely realistic organizational preview. Realistic vision preview is one of realistic organizational preview. It takes vision for the content, and technology of realistic job preview for the preview mode. Specifically, realistic vision preview refers to that the enterprise cultivate the company’s vision into new employees or potential employees by preview, in order to obtain the employee’s understanding and support, so as to form a joint force, encouraging employees to actively implement the vision. It is not only helpful for enterprise to improve contextual performance, promote the human resources development and reserves, and also cope with the uncertain future and long-term development better.This study based on the related theory of vision and vision communication, perceived self-efficacy,realistic vision preview and contextual performance. It discussed the vision preview and the influence of its four dimensions to the contextual performance with the logical line of the relationship between vision preview and contextual performance, and then analyzed the regulation effect of self efficacy. The main aims of the study are as follows.First of all,to investigate the effect of vision preview and four dimensions of contextual performance, so as to determine the effect of vision preview key dimensions of contextual performance. Second,analysis the moderating effect of Perceived self-efficacy on Vision preview how to influence contextual performance.Third, provide theoretical references and suggestions for the enterprises of our country,on effectively vision construction and management, as well as Optimizing human resources.Theoretical analysis and the research hypothesis, the design and revision of questionnaire and the statistical analysis of the data is researched around the three core concept of the realistic vision preview, the perceived self-efficacy and the contextual performance, with the main methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics analysis.Firstly, based on the summary of past studies, this paper build a basic research framework,which took vision preview as independent variables, correlation performance as dependent variable, self-efficacy as moderator variable. And then put forward the hypothesis. Then, pre tested using56effective samples, and the reliability and validity test for scale correction. On this basis, expand a large sample survey, which recoveried241valid samples. Last,using the software SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0, it is explored and verified that the correlation and regression relationship between the realistic vision preview and the contextual performance and the adjustment of the contextual performance to the realistic vision preview.The empirical results show that:(1) it has significant positive correlation between realistic vision preview, perceived self-efficacy and contextual performance.(2) The realistic vision preview has a positive role in promoting the contextual performance, the forward-looking strategic action and the collaboration shared culture can effectively predict job dedication, and the long-term development goals and collaboration shared culture can effectively predict interpersonal promotion.(3) The perceived self-efficacy has no significant adjustment effect on the relationship between the realistic vision preview and the contextual performance.Based on the results of empirical study,this paper puts forward to some advice such as:actively promote and practice of realistic vision preview theory and methods,pay attention to vision preview system construction, and strengthen cooperation and sharing culture construction,and so on. Through effective realistic vision preview, enterprise can improve the employees’ perception to organization and obtain more contextual performance advice.
