As a large agricultural country, China is not only the ratio of the total number offarmers. Large agricultural industry is a key factor in the development of thecountry, and is also increasingly attracted national attention. In recent years, the centraldocument repeatedly raised continuously push forward the development of policies tosupport agriculture, with particular emphasis on the development of agriculturalinformation. With China’s economic development, the development of agriculturalinformation to become a powerful guarantee agricultural economy growing. Agriculturaldevelopment of information technology in agricultural development has become an urgenttask. The arrival of the information age walnut industry, a single individual only by virtueof their ability to become increasingly difficult agricultural informationservice. Duplication of data and information resources to build problem wasting a lot ofinformation and data processing resources, increased capital investment in the walnutindustry information. How to achieve unified planning walnut industry informationresources, to achieve the integration and sharing of information resources, we need furtherresearch is an important issue. Development of information technology to agriculturalinformation road brings new ideas. Existing information on agricultural enterprises havecertain limitations. Harmony Chinese future of agriculture, the need is to constantly improvemodern agricultural science and technology innovation capacity.Information technology development started late in China’s agriculture with lowstarting point, and a rapid development model. China continued to increase investment inagricultural information. China constructed a large database, agricultural expert systems etc. And in terms of resources, environment and disaster has reached theinternational advanced level. United States, Japan and France started earlier in terms ofagricultural information, had a development of a more stable, specifically inthe development of precision agriculture. With the continuous development of agriculturalinformation, they regulated the agricultural information service system, formed a strongagricultural market information databases and platforms, strengthen the IT quality offarmers. In2007, Google made "cloud computing" concept, the cause of concern at homeand abroad. The cloud computing technology to different fields, especially in theaquaculture industry is widely, less in the walnut industry cloud computing. This paper isthe use of cloud computing technology, integrate of information resources walnut industry,achieve large data storage, high-speed computing, high-speed transmission, informationsharing. This paper uses three methods, Systems Analysis Methods, Comparative Analysis,Theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method.In this paper, the walnut industry information resources to solve problems throughdecentralized cloud of advanced information technologies, asymmetric informationproblem. This issue construct the cloud platform of Hebei Province walnut industryinformation service. Walnut enterprises to introduce a new business model information toreduce the capital investment information.
