Study On Local Government Problems Of Land Ecological Administration

Land as one of the most important means of production in production and life for human, is the most basic conditions for human survival. Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic aggregate and people’s living standards have improved significantly, land ecological crisis and local government in land administration in the process of misconduct, however, the traditional land administration authorities as the main land administration focused primarily on land allocation, and pays little attention to land ecological environment.Land ecological administration of main content is the land departments of government and other relevant departments in the process of management and use of land, take maintain the balance of land ecosystems as a starting point and destination, through positive response to ecological and environment problems of land use, so as to promote natural, economic, social harmony and unity. The main features of land ecological administration are ecological, diversity of subjects, the breadth of context; advocating land ecological administration must adhere to the principles are innovative principles, the principles of protect to land resources in quantity and quality and social justice. At the same time, advocacy and implementation of land ecological administration for the transformation of land use and management approach, the build of ecological government and the protection of eco-economic development has a strong practical significance.As the differences of the central government and local government land use and management objectives, the following problems of some local governments:ecological and environmental protection in the course of the land, there is one-sided economic development concept, the lack of land eco-consciousness, the policy of land ecological administration and management issues are clearly, the monitor’s results of land ecological environment are not satisfactory.
