Survey And Evaluation Of Land Ecological Analysis In Ordos City

This article analyzed dynamic change of land ecological status in Ordos Cityfrom2009to2011, based on the index system of land ecological status. Data of TheSecond Land Resources Survey in Ordos City, data and remote sensing image ofAnnually Land Use Change Survey from2009to2011, data of Annually UrbanCadastral Survey from2009to2011, and data of agricultural land classification andgradation were used as data source which combined with other information and datafrom agricultural, environmental protection and statistical departments to obtain theindex of land use (land cover), soil, vegetation, factors of landform and climate, andland degradation and damage status. Based on the comprehensive assessment method,land ecological status and quality of eight banners in Ordos City were assessed toconfirm quality grades of land ecological status, and reveal change of land ecologicalsystem service capacity. The assessment contributed to measure Ordos City utilizationdegree of natural resources and supply capacity of the natural resources supportinghuman survival; pointed out Ordos City land ecological status, problems and cause offormation; proposed countermeasure for sustainable development. The assessmentwas important and significant for effective use and protection of Ordos City naturalresources and ecological environment, and exploring correct and harmoniousecological development model.
