The competition in modern society is very intense. It is more and more difficult for companiesto get a foothold and success. As an important decision-making body of companies, thedevelopment of executive team’s global mindset would have a great impact on strategy andorganization structure. Based on the model of management global mindset, the paper starts formmicroscopic individual, such as executive team, and HUAWEI is analyzed as a case. The macroenvironment faced, the results obtained of previous organization reform are described and evaluated.Meanwhile, the influence factors, performance characteristics of executive team’s global mindset atdifferent stages are summarized. The impact of executive team interaction to global mindset isdiscussed. And the influence mechanism and results of executive team’s global mindset toorganization reform of companies are summed up. The results show that: the choice of executiveteam for company strategy is an important factor of organization reform. The change form survivalstrategy to customer strategy determined by executive team of HUAWEI has made a great impacton organization structure. The real “Wolf” culture and the latter improved one are all from thedevelopment of executive’s global mindset, so the evolvement of company’s culture may be animportant mediating variable of the impact of executive’s global mindset on organization reform.The development of REN Zhengfei’s global mindset has the greatest impact on organization reform,and it is also the most unneglectable aspect. The cognition and sharing between the members ofexecutive team has an important impact on decision-making process. When the members sharingtheir model of mindset, the team would be in a benign interaction on decision-making. So theefficiency of executive team sharing mindset becomes an influence factor to organization onexecutive organization level.
