The traditional distribution mode of the gas station is relatively backward,which leads to the high cost of distribution.With the increase of the distribution of the gas cylinder,it is urgent to optimize the distribution path.The safety supervision of the cylinder has always been a weak link in the cylinder industry.With the development of Internet and Internet of things technology,an information management mode is needed to replace the traditional management mode and improve the safety supervision ability of the cylinder.Based on the business background of filling stations,this paper studies and analyzes the distribution and information management system of gas cylinders.The main contents are as follows:(1)In view of the distribution of gas tank in the gas station,a mathematical model of multi vehicle distribution with time window with the minimum cost as the objective function(VRPTW)is established.Considering the limitations of the traditional algorithm in the optimization process,the advantages of the genetic algorithm in the global search and the advantage of the tabu search algorithm in the local search are put forward.The genetic tabu hybrid algorithm based on order clustering is used to solve the problem of distribution path optimization,and a better distribution optimization effect is obtained,which achieves the goal of reducing the cost of distribution.(2)Realize the specific function of the system and complete the optimization of the system.Using the latest technical means to realize the supervision of the gas cylinder,the RFID technology is adopted to realize the unique identity of the cylinder,the design of the handheld device is realized by the embedded technology,the gas cylinder is traced by the GPS device,the location of the cylinder is realized by the map information,and the path of the distribution link of the cylinder is realized with the algorithm of distribution path.We use statistical technology to manage report forms,and then use rights management to ensure the security of the system.(3)The gas cylinder distribution and its information management system is tested with hardware.The test case is designed for each function module of the system,the test data is recorded,the data transmission and the friendly interface in the test process are improved.Finally,the test purpose is achieved through all the test cases,and the design needs are met.According to the above research,the gas cylinder distribution and its information management system are designed and realized.Through the establishment of the mathematical model of the rational distribution problem and the improvement of relevant algorithms,the optimization of distribution path is realized.Through the positioning technology and map information technology,the traceability and safety supervision of the gas cylinder are realized,and the gas tank of the gas station is greatly saved.The cost of management helps to improve the safety and reliability of cylinder application.
