Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, the bank’s services areincreasingly important to accelerate foreign banks to enter China now is the competitivepressure of domestic banks has increased, and the state open implementation offinancial policies, some city banks have sprung up everywhere, which making more andmore intense competition in the banking sector. Compared with advanced banks,China’s banking industry is lagging behind. People apply for savings and loan bank isnot just a place, modern banking is also an important place for people to invest infinancial management. Based on this reality, would require banks to pay attention notonly their own development, but also careful consideration of the surroundingenvironment. This makes the reform of the banking is becoming increasingly urgent, sothe banks will become increasingly urgent reconstruction. And in the process ofreengineering the bank, is the bank’s core business process reengineering (BusinessProcess Reengineering, referred BPR).In this paper, the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with thepractical problems of banks, a method banking-related business process reengineeringtheory under the guidance of industrial engineering. By the definition of relatedconcepts, combined with the actual situation A bank feasible BPR-related programsusing analytical methods of science, and the use of relevant theories of risk analysis toevaluate in order to be on the A bank exists in business processes related issues resolved,in turn, can make the organizational structure of the bank to become more suitable forthe development banks, and the a bank’s risk management and control capacity has beenincreased to prevent major financial problems.
