A Tobacco LEAF Production Infrastructure Construction Project Technical And Economic Analysis

Changle planted with tobacco natural conditions, tobacco farming has become a pillar industry of Changle County agriculture. Since the water infrastructure in the region and related projects is still very weak, inadequate irrigation water directly affects the tobacco cultivation, drought caused a direct threat to the production of tobacco, tobacco farming as a constraint to the development bottleneck. To improve agricultural production capacity, to ensure the sustainable development of tobacco farming and promote farmers’ income, so the construction of tobacco production infrastructure is essential.In this paper, the theoretical construction project feasibility study, using the theory and practice of argumentation analysis combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method of combining of Changle County tobacco production infrastructure of scientific proof, scientific and rational conclusions drawn article the main contents of the study are:(1) From the aspect of meaning construction project feasibility study, content and basic steps, etc., expounded the scientific theories and methods of construction project feasibility study;(2)From the aspect of project profiles, natural conditions, social conditions, social and economic benefits of tobacco production in Changle County operating environment infrastructure projects detailed analysis demonstrates the feasibility of the project; and (3) the plan from the main water source and irrigation system, project planning and design, environmental design, soil and water conservation design, energy saving design and other aspects of Changle County tobacco production infrastructure projects carried out technical feasibility analysis;(4) mainly from the project investment budget, social aspects, economic, risk analysis, etc., on Changle County tobacco production infrastructure projects carried out a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results of this paper have been in practical engineering application, to achieve the desired effect, has been recognized by the industry, with the more important theoretical value and application prospect.
