The Feasibility Study For The Stage Ⅲ Construction Project Of "Ten A Garden"

The feasibility study is an important step in the construction preparatory work, which is a foundation to establish construction projects and design assignment. The technical feasibility of the project is demonstrate by the instruction of the construction market situation, target customer analysis, project advantage analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the regional projects and price comparison, integrated project overview, construction scale, environmental analysis, making construction programs in energy-saving evaluation ect. The economic rationality of the project is discussed through investment estimation and financing, the loan and repayment capacity analysis, and the financial risk analysis, ect.The construction feasibility for the stage III construction project of "ten a Garden" is gained by synthesize the three aspects study, and a reasonable proposals on how to improve the economic efficiency of the construction project is proposed.
