The feasibility study is an important step in the construction preparatory work, which is a foundation to establish construction projects and design assignment. It is an important foundation work in the basic construction management that the economic feasibility study is done to the construction project, which is a scientific method to ensure the construction projects gain the best economic results with minimum investmen. The project's economic feasibility study is the basic to determine whether invest the project, and has a very important role in the project investment decisions and project operation. In this paper, the project research and demonstration is done for the stage III construction projects of "Ten A Garden", the investigation and analysis is expanded from the three aspects:the construction necessity of the project, technical feasibility and economic viability.In this paper, the construction necessity of the project is demonstrated from the introduction of the project construction area, building address, the natural conditions and infrastructure conditions. The technical feasibility of the project is demonstrate by the instruction of the construction market situation, target customer analysis, project advantage analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the regional projects and price comparison, integrated project overview, construction scale, environmental analysis, making construction programs in energy-saving evaluation ect. The economic rationality of the project is discussed through investment estimation and financing, the loan and repayment capacity analysis, and the financial risk analysis, ect.The construction feasibility for the stage III construction project of "ten a Garden" is gained by synthesize the three aspects study, and a reasonable proposals on how to improve the economic efficiency of the construction project is proposed. |
