Industrial Clusters Research Under ’Blue-Yellow’ Strategic In Shandong Province

Industrial cluster is a kind of important social organization form of modern industrial development. The development of industrial clusters are very focused on the Shandong Province, the provincial government in2008in Shandong province make a suggested that how to accelerated the development of industrial clusters and puts forward some opinions in2009November, the provincial government also make a plan about the small and medium-sized enterprise East Province industry cluster development, accelerating and improving the park (base), the enterprise carrier agglomeration function and resource allocation efficiency, promoting the modern fishery marine engineering, construction, marine ecological environmental protection, ocean culture tourism, marine transportation and logistics advantages of industrial cluster development". In recent years, our province’s industry cluster has developed rapidly, and has made a series of fruitful results, especially for the planning of the the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone and the east of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development approved by the planning by the State Council is effectively promoted the rapid development of our province ndustry cluster.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the development of industrial clusters in Shandong Province, summarizes previous research and analysis, studies the characteristics and development of industrial clusters in Shandong Province, the dynamic mechanism and the existing problems, finally puts forward some solutions to the problems of industrial clusters development in Shandong Province, making full use of the construction of blue Peninsula Economic Zone of the opportunity, constructing the integration of new economic area to introduce the concept of outsourcing and other modern industrial organization, improving the level of the degree of industrial cluster and Technology Park increase policy support efforts, vigorously cultivating Shandong province famous brand as soon as possible to establish the system of industrial cluster innovation with enterprises as the principal part of innovation to speed up the construction of international cooperation mechanisms, establishing the open type industrial cluster system.This paper consists of seven chapters.
