Astudy On Relationship Between Financial Ecological Environment And Economic Growth Of Liaoning Province

The concept of “Financial Ecology” extended the thinking models to research thefinance and some selected topics in financial theory. It opened up a whole new perspective toresearch the related theory between finance and economics. Since2005,the theory offinancial ecological and financial ecological environment have been widelyresearched.Also,the study of relationship of financial ecological environment and economicgrowth or economic development has gradually become the main direction of the research.Ithas been widely accepted that the good functioning of the financial system and theenvironment depend on each other, affect on each other.Financial ecological environment andeconomic growth mutual affect, mutual improve.The relationship of financial ecologicalenvironment and economic growth is a long-term equilibrium relationship.This paper takes Liaoning province region as the research object to research therelationship between Liaoning province’s financial ecological environment and regionaleconomic growth. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of LiaoningProvince and the main factors restricting the economic growth in Liaoning province.Thefinancial ecological environment in Liaoning province is quantitatively analyzed.Moreover，investigation and recommendations on how to take full advantage of special regional policyto perfect the financial system has been found out to support an even more prosperouseconomic growth of Liaoning province.First of all，on the basis of constructing the indexed system of regional financial ecologyenvironment, evaluate the financial ecology environment of2003-2012Liaoning province,from the finance sources,enterprise development,the legal system and the credit environment.It is drawn to conclusion that from2003to2012the environment of enterprise development,the legal system and the credit environment have stepwise improvement, but the financesources did not have steady growth, and the total financial ecological environment quality gota continuous improvement.Secondly,a research on relationship of economic growth and financial ecologicalenvironment is studied,through using a decade data from2003to2012of Liaoning.It is drawn to get conclusions that the improvement of financial resources is the sticking point ofpromoting economic development and enterprise development can help to the improving offinancial ecology environment;there are remarkable positive correlation relations betweenfinancial ecological environment and economic growth;financial ecological environment isthe Granger causality of economic development,conversely,it is not.Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy proposals and suggestions forimproving the financial ecological environment in Liaoning province.We should improve theutilization efficiency of financial resources,promote the development of enterprises,strengthen financial legal construction and perfect credit system.
