As the adjustments of national macroeconomic policy, emerging production device will certainly replace the energy-intensive, highly polluting one. Caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have wide application field huge demand, and good market prospects.It firstly makes a brief introduction of the project undertaking unit, and then analyzes the basic situation of the project, such as the overview of the factory and construction conditions, construction method, construction scale, etc. The project is necessary has been proved. Secondly, a summary of evaluation theories related to the project is made, including the concept, the basic content, basic steps of project evaluation and so on. Later, in the market analysis has been carried out. Market analysis mainly includes the product market analysis and the industry competition analysis. After that,it introduces solutions of the project, engineering, mainly including solutions of the product, general transportation and utilities, saving energy, investment and Financing, the appraisal of finance and environmental impact analysis on the project. For example:Environmental impact analysis mainly includes the analysis of the construction and production period influence to environment. The financial analysis shows that the project has a strong financial ability to resist risks. At last, in chapter five, the author makes a financial analysis on the project, which shows that the project has strong financial ability to resist risks.Therefore, based on the analysis of the above, we conclude that the project has good economic and environmental benefits, as well as the obvious social benefit. In other word, the project is feasible.
