The manufacturing mode has been increasingly innovated and developed with the evolution of technology and science. In order to cope with the serious market competition, to improve the competitiveness of our country and to prosper the economy and society, the advanced manufacturing mode should be carried out by the enterprises, government and other agencies. The implementation of the advanced manufacturing mode is a diffusion process of advanced manufacturing philosophy, which requires lots of human and material resources, so the government needs to fulfill the functions of macro-control to popularize the advanced manufacturing mode. In other words, the government must act as a controller. Therefore, this thesis conducts a research on the control of advanced manufacturing mode diffusion process which would benefit both the efficiency of the government’s control measures and the diffusion control theory and application.To implement the control of the diffusion process of advanced manufacturing mode, this thesis applies the system dynamic theory and nonlinear control theory. First, the effective factors on the diffusion of the advanced manufacturing mode are analyzed by building up the dynamic model. The factors’effects on the diffusion process are analyzed quantitatively by sensitivity analysis, which lays the foundation for the control model of the advanced manufacturing mode’s diffusion. Secondly, a multi-mode competitive diffusion model of advanced manufacturing mode’s diffusion considering with the characters of the process is built up. Taking three-mode for example, the method of approximate linearization of nonlinear system is used to analyze the model’s stability and controllability whose result can provide the basis for proof on the model’s effectiveness and following model simulation. Thirdly the three-mode model is simulated and analyzed based on the statistical data. Then, the pole placement and sensitivity analysis of feedback gain matrix are optimized. Finally, the strategies about the control of the advanced manufacturing mode diffusion according to the outcome of the research are proposed. This thesis deals with the quantitative study on the diffusion control of advanced manufacturing mode by modeling and simulation, as well as some practical strategies on its diffusion control. It turns out that a quantitative research on the diffusion control of advanced manufacturing mode can be realized based on the theory of nonlinear systems control. This study provides a theoretical basis and strategies for scientific control of relevant organizations on the diffusion process of the advanced manufacturing mode so as to prosper the manufacturing industry.
