Along with the development of economic globalization, people have deeplyrealized that innovation is the important factor for enterprises to obtain competitiveadvantage and succeed in trouble. And members’ innovative ability of theorganization is particularly important for the development of enterprises. What is theproblem this paper focuses on is that how to improve individual innovative behavior,which contributes to achieving advantage and surviving in the fierce competition.Therefore, this paper studies that Regulatory Focus predicts employee innovativebehavior, organizational justice affects employee innovative behavior, and thenintroduces organizational justice as the moderator variable, and discusses themechanism which affects employee innovative behavior, which provides suggestionsfor enterprises to enhance competitiveness.The study is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, describingthe study background, question, meaning, purpose, innovation, emphasis, difficulty,technical roadmap and study framework. The second part is literature review, definingthe concepts of the study variables, reviewing he previous related research of thestudy variables, and analyzing the relationship between Regulatory Focus,organizational justice and employee innovative behavior. The third part is studycontent, based on literature review, putting forward the research hypothesis andempirical model. The fourth part is study design, according to the research needs,combining with Chinese cultural background, test and amend the questionnaire, andthen form the formal questionnaire, afterwards begin to questionnaire survey. Thefifth part is data analysis and hypothesis testing, analyzing questionnaire reliab ilityand validity, and using correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods totest hypothesis. The conclusions are:(1) Promotion focus positively predictsemployee innovative behavior, prevention focus negatively predicts employeeinnovative behavior;(2) Organization justice and each dimension distributive justice,procedural justice, interpersonal justice, informational justice all have a positive impact on employee innovative behavior;(3) Organizational justice has no moderatorfunction on the relationship between promotion focus and employee innovativebehavior, but it weakens the relationship that prevention focus negatively predictsemployee innovative behavior.
