Research On Development Of The Modern Agricultural Industrial Cluster In Traditional Agricultural Area

The development of modern agricultural industry cluster in traditionalagricultural areas of Henan Province, is an important measure to actively implementthe spirit of the eighteen report and the2014central document No.1, also reflectionof the practice of Henan Province modern agricultural industry cluster developmentplanning. It can improve agricultural production activities, increase farmer income,improve the manufacturing enthusiasm of the farmer. At the same time, it isconducive to promoting innovation management of agriculture production,construction of new agricultural production management system. It is contributing toforming a new economic growth point, and promoting the coordinated developmentof three industries, optimizing the allocation of regional resources, and improving theefficiency of resource use.The paper uses methods of investigation, case studies and descriptive analysis toresearch the advantages and disadvantages of modern agriculture industry cluster inthe traditional agricultural areas, based on the theory of industrial cluster, the theoryof industrialization and the theory of value chain. Then the paper explores the presentproblems and causes of the modern agricultural industry in order to providetheoretical and empirical support for modern agricultural industrial clusterdevelopment of traditional agricultural areas.The first chapter discusses the background and significance, literature review,research ideas, research contents, research methods and innovation; Chapter twostudies the concepts and theories and introduces the significance of cultivating themodern agricultural industrial cluster and strengthening Modern agricultural industrycluster. The third part mainly studies strengths and weaknesses of basic conditionsfor the development of traditional agricultural areas. The fourth part introduces andanalyzes the current situation, history, measures of performance and experience ofmodern agricultural industry cluster in Xinxiang City. The fifth part mainly studiesthe problem and reasons for the development of research clusters exist. The sixth part put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures based on the causes ofproblems. Section seven presents a brief conclusion of this study and the futureresearch prospects.There are two points of innovations in this paper. The one is that the traditionalagricultural areas of industrial clusters development of modern agriculture merits ofconditions are researched systematically. Another is that the paper deeply studies theproblems of modern agriculture traditional agricultural areas facing the developmentof industrial clusters and deep-seated reasons.
