Design A Rear Management Service System Of H Company

Businesses have more pressing needs for the professional service and higher demand, service as a special kind of platform is being used more and more widely in kinds of fields, such as traditional service industries, manufacturing industries, new industries, public enterprises and institutions and so on. In recent years, the traditional management mode of public institutions revealed many deficiencies, they desperately need to improve their management, particularly in the service operation. The current study on service using field, rarely stand in the company management. This article looks at service to service the blueprint as the main tool, apply a service to logistics management in the public sector.H company is a municipal sewage treatment public institution, the logistics management is very important, but the current logistic management system shows many problems,such as the inefficiency and waste of resources, the quality is not high.This paper conducts the research to H company original rear management, taking the service management office for a change of direction, and taking a theoretical model based on the service blueprint, explore and design a more ideal and practical administrative service system, but also can provide some a useful reference for the same type of utilities or other small enterprises.
