Comparison And Research Of The Efficiency On Agriculture Land In Anhui

The development of agriculture not only relate to the people’s livelihood, but also to the entire country’s economic development. Rational use of rural resources is to raise the income of the farmers, and promote economic development fundamental. Utilization of agricultural resources are related to the field of research has been cause for concern. From the entire economic and social development of the situation, it also put forward a higher demand to do the work of agriculture and rural areas. In this paper, we will begin with agricultural land use issues, land use in Anhui Province from1990to2009as an example, in-depth comparative analysis of agricultural land use efficiency.The specific content of this article includes the following three parts:(1) First, the status of the national agricultural development context of the introduction of topic, this paper focuses on the land location theory, rural land planning and land consolidation theory, rural development and sustainable utilization of land use theory. An indication of the reality of each theory guidance for land use issues, and to summarize the recent years on agricultural land use research results.Then from the status quo of land use at home and abroad, on the perspective of understanding of domestic and international use of land resources and agricultural land use status, and according to the specific situation in Anhui Province to collect the province’s agricultural and economic development and the status of agricultural land use information.(2) Methods used in this thesis include literature survey, collect the relevant literature about land utilization problems at home and abroad to, and access to the Statistical Yearbook, to survey and analyze the data through the combination of theory and practice of the method; Data envelopment analysis, analyze rural land utilization by the method of comparative analysis; Translog production function method, analyze the factors affecting the utilization of rural land by this methods.(3) Based on the above data combined with research methods in Anhui Province concluded:First, different years have different land use efficiency, but most of them have DEA efficient; Second, comparative analysis of various regions of Anhui Province, and found the larger difference among them, according to the results analysis of the main elements of agricultural land use, including technical progress, industrial structure, national agricultural policies and market demand and towns. Finally, obtain the conclusions and future prospects for agricultural land use.
