Financial Management For Waterpump Manufacturing Company Case Of LEO Ltd

With the development of technology and the trend of globalization in economy, information such as the manufacturing process, new technology applied has become transparent and now is shared easily through internet, which creates many opportunities for companies to improve sales volume and reduce cost in sales or operation process. However, it still brings new problems to companies in many aspects such as the financial management, management accounting, sales and distribution, material management and production planning etc. In this paper, we will focus on the financial management part.In mainland China, competition is very fierce especially in manufacturing industry. Waterpump manufacturing industry is one of them. It grows not fast due to its own characteristic such as the small number of sales volume. We take LEO Ltd. Company as the example to do some analysis in the aspect of financial management.This paper is based on the recent5year’s(2009-2013) real financial report of LEO company, analyzing the data through many ways including trend analysis method, structured analysis method, ratio analysis method, DuPont synthetic analysis method, raising suggestions if necessary for those points that needs to be improved from my own perspective.
