The thesis mainly studies the financial statement of the Youngor Group CO., LTD in 2006, by use of financial data in 2004 and 2005 as well as the group's announcement in 2007, completely and systematically analyses its general financial conditions, overall financial ability and the environments. The thesis not only makes every effort to grasp the logical relationship between the data, but also focuses on the environment factors of the important financial proceedings and pays close attention to financial policy choices based on the group's development strategy.Except for the preface, the thesis includes five chapters.Chapter 1: General evaluation on the financial achievements of the Youngor Group CO., LTD. On the basis of fundamental situation of the group, this chapter generally evaluates its financial achievements through the analysis of the balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement.Chapters 2: Comprehensive financial ability of the Youngor Group CO., LTD. By adopting the implements such as proportion analysis law, comparative analysis law and the Du Pont financial analysis etc, this chapter mainly analyses the group's liquidity, abilities on operation and profitability to show its comprehensive financial ability. Analyses indicate that the Youngor Group CO., LTD is a listed company of good comprehensive financial ability.Chapter 3: Financial strategy of the Youngor Group CO., LTD. This chapter mainly discusses the group's financial strategy from two aspects as issuing a convertible bond and coming fractionally into the market. Study indicates that the issuance of convertible bond has made remarkable effects on its finance, while the choice of coming fractionally into the market is very necessary for its strategy focuses, finance requirement and operation strategy.Chapter 4: Financial environment analysis of the Youngor Group CO., LTD. By analysis of new accountant criteria, equity investment, RMB appreciation and tax policies, this chapter completely reviews the environmental factors within the group's financial development. This study has noticeable good effects on broadening the group's financial management as well as strengthening its ability for acclimatization.Chapter 5: Conclusions and suggestions of the thesis. This chapter summarizes the chief conclusions of this thesis through the following analyses such as the comprehensive financial ability, issuance of convertible bond and coming fractionally into the market, new accountant criterion, equity investment and the RMB appreciation etc. Owing to researches on financial statement of the Youngor Group CO., LTD, this thesis suggests that the group should come fractionally into the market as soon as possible, at the same time make equity investment profitable in due course and evade the risk of RMB appreciation effectively.The main features and innovation of this thesis lie in: Firstly, tightly combines the financial analysis of the group together with the operation strategy; Secondly, attaches importance to the entire industry index and realize comparative analysis in the group's financial ability; Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of profitability and cash flows, also gives a detailed explanation on the risk control; Fourthly, while generally analyses the group's financial status, reinforces the important item analyses; Fifthly, process analyses from generic analysis of financial data to profound and synthetic analysis.The shortcoming of this thesis rests with: Firstly, the theory has some relative weakness, researches on financial strategy as issuing convertible bonds and come fractionally into the market and financial environment are not thorough enough. Secondly, have no enough time to make the data in this thesis to be more accurate.
