Fridge is a traditional white home appliance product, developing after dozens of years, its market demand is approaching full and the competition is fierce. Recently, the domestic market development even doesn’t make progress, because of the sluggish property sales and the government’s financial subsidiary policy coming to the end. ML, as a well-known white home appliance maker, urgently needs the proper development strategy to sustain its growth under such down market situation and tough competition. The article focuses on the market challenges ML facing, analyzing the development strategy, covering the external environments and internal sources ML has, concluding the external opportunities and threats and the internal strengths and weaknesses it encounters, coming up with the development strategy for ML home appliance Co., Ltd.
