With the escalation of competition in household appliance industry, the main theme of the industry is no longer with the price war as the representative of the competition, but to internal channel competition, enterprise integration brings benefits to enhance the overall strength of competition. Strong traditional channels of high cost, low margin survival state has been more and more channels agents cannot be based. Maker’s strategy changed, the flow of the market has changed, the traditional channel supplier development strategy should be adjusted accordingly.From the current status of e-commerce development Chinese starting with A agents, for example analysis systematically the development model of B2C online shopping platform, described the feasibility and applicability of the household electrical appliance industry and the B2C electronic commerce pattern docking. Because of the limitations of objective condition, seamless docking B2C online shopping platform and the manufacturer is unable to reach, the opportunity to traditional channel traditional home appliances agents of transformation of electronic commerce net goods suppliers resulting.In today’s rapid development of Internet, online shopping has become a lot of Internet users’spending habits. The third-party e-commerce B2C shopping platforms as Jingdong Mall the representative develop very quickly, begin to share the feast with traditional channels. The goods suppliers related closely to those platforms are promising. Due to conflict of channel model and restrictions of objective conditions, B2C online shopping platform and manufacturers currently can not be reached seamlessly. The traditional channel agents which have a comparative advantage gain opportunities to transform to e-commerce goods supplier. Emerging network goods suppliers should seize this rare opportunity, following booming of B2C Internet sales platform to obtain rapid development. The strong development of the upstream manufacturers and downstream retail terminal will certainly form a new development pressures to e-commerce goods supplier. Faced with increasing competition and rapidly changing environment, the e-commerce goods suppliers which transform from the traditional channel agents should be based on the existing development, integration of resources, accurate positioning, adjusting business development strategy, comparative advantage, seize opportunities, save the power, lay a solid foundation for the future of greater development.
