With the industrial competition fierce, electrical appliance manufacturing industry competition continuously upgrade, traders are will deliberately the price war for transformation has adverse, loyal to a purpose of building up gradually heat of customer loyalty service competition. Under the situation needs, and F group company and other enterprise as focus on external markets make development, but ignore the internal management, and ignore employees demand, caused many problems. We need to is the best way to solve these problems:the implementation of internal marketing!This paper first analyzes the system of domestic and foreign related theory, and thinking, summarize and clear the suitable for China’s national conditions of the concept and connotation. And on this basis, to F group company for protection, through the analysis and research of implementing the internal marketing determined the direction:namely to "enterprise to ordinary employees","Marketing Department to products unit","Marketing Department to technical support department" is to focus on the three aspects; And then combining with F group company actual design some specific internal marketing strategies and procedures, including:channel optimization, optimization, and process optimization, the organization support system, etc.; Finally, based on the actual F group, and puts forward the supervision of the internal marketing and improving the requirements.This paper studies the results can help F group company to deal with the issues improvement management of China’s electric manufacturing enterprise management ascension also can be used for reference.
