With the gradual improvement of the market mechanism in our country,more and more companies are using the market-oriented strategy nominally or virtually.However,due to the lack of corresponding control models and tools,companies often can't reach the strategic objectives after efficiently implement the established action plan.Most of the studies of traditional literature are all from the stage of Strategy-Implementation and using top-down pattern,focusing on perception and move to the external market change,ignoring the role of the internal market,leading to the doubt of relevance between market orientation and business performance.This paper uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis,extends the concept of market orientation and the process of control under the background of market oriented stategy.According to the characteristics of market oriented strategy,this paper also constructs the strategic control system and processes based on internal bigdata,finally verifies the effectiveness of the new scheme in XN Ltd using Analytic Hierarchy Process metheod.Compared with current research works,this paper argues that companies should simultaneously realize the dual-orientation of internal and external market,inverting the traditional strategic management&control pyramid structure through decentralization,building a new system based on full market orientation,using internal market bigdata as a strategic control resource to monitoring and analyzing,turning the traditional administrative authoritarian control to support&sevice focused control,ultimately improving the ability of adaption to different grade of market maturity for market oriented strategy theory.It has certain reference significance to companies who use the system.
