Faced with more fierce market competition, for domestic express enterprises, entering into international express market and keeping the market share of domestic express are very important, while carrying out air express network planning study is also very necessary. From the development viewpoint, the next few years express enterprise use all-cargo flights to transport express shipments will rise quickly and become the main mode of transportation for cross-regional express transportation. By means of analyzing F Company’s existing air express network analysis of the status quo and existing problems, to re-plan domestic air express network to meet the need of company development is very important. By analyzing the airline network mode, then select the multiple hub-and-spoke network planning as F company’s air express network mode, then build the hub location selection model and air routes connecting decision model, and then analyze the data from F company, finally carrying out the air express network layout planning for F company.
