| As the heart of the Bohai Sea region, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been developing rapidly in recent years and following the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta region, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become a "third pole" promoting China’s economic growth. The economic integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an inevitable trend for the future development of the three cities. The economic integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is inseparable from the regional financial development and regional financial cooperation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.This paper reviews relevant research and describes the status of regional financial development and cooperation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Then the paper sums the current problems and creates a model and has an empirical study on the relationship between financial development and economic growth of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. After that, this paper further uses input-output tables as the data source to study the interaction between financial sector and some major industries of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and finds out that in all regions of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, there exists unreasonable financial allocation. Based on the above research and combined with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region industrial planning, this paper presents the policy recommendations of regional financial development and cooperation for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.The main policy recommendations are as follows. Promote the financial development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by improving the efficiency of financial assets and improving financing structure; adjust the input of financial assets to different industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and put financial assets into industries that in urgent need for investment; build the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional financial cooperation mode by reducing financial cooperation barriers and by means of co-insurance and cooperation. |
