Research On The Factors Affecting The Concentration Of Financial Industry In Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region has risen to the national development strategy,and its financial industry plays an important role in the process of coordinated development.At the same time,the financial agglomeration activities of financial talents,resources,funds have been the mainstream of the development trend of the financial industry.Therefore,from the perspective of financial industry agglomeration,this paper explores the influencing factors of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region financial industry agglomeration,and puts forward pertinent suggestions to promote the regional financial industry agglomeration.First of all,this paper analyzes the development trend in ten years of the overall financial industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the most representative sub-sectors:banking,insurance and securities respectively.Then,using Location Quotient to measure the degree of the financial industry agglomeration.On this basis,using Location Quotient as explained variables to explore the influence factors of financial industry agglomeration with panel data for ten years.Finally,according to the previous results and the different focus between the overall perspective and sub-sectors,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:on the view of the overall financial industry:focusing on the coordinated development of economy,improve the overall level of the third industry,clearing their financial function,structuring the double-drive mode of Beijing-Natural Financial Center,Tianjin-Policy Finance Center,Hebei-Radiation and Sustaining Area’,the government plays the role correctly,promoting regional financial cooperation,strengthen regional financial management,Establish regional security system,Improving infrastructure construction,providing institutional policy guarantee for regional financial industry agglomeration.On the view of the most representative sub-sectors:banking focusing on improving the level of international business,securities industry focused on strengthening personnel training and reserves,the insurance industry focused on the development of financial innovation capabilities.This paper is based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Using theoretical analysis,literature retrieval,system analysis,regional survey,comparative analysis,panel data regression research methods to explore the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region financial industry agglomeration and its influencing factors,and relevant research results can provide beneficial reference for promoting Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region financial industry agglomeration.
