Subprime crisis happened in2007in America brought a great negative impact on global financial stability, for the reason that shadow banking has been recognized by more and more people. Compared with shadow banking in America, shadow banking in China has a lower level in securitization and in leverage, therefore it also has a lower influence on financial stability, but according to the estimates results by Liu Yihui, the Chief Economist in HuaTai Stock, the scale of shadow banking in China is25,000billion, which makes up39.69%of RMB loans (62,990billion) by financial institutions estimated. This shows that shadow banking in China has the potentiality influenced on financial stability. In China, banking system makes up a great share in financial system, so analyzing the impact of shadow banking to banking system can help to learn the risks of the banking system in China.After the Financial Crisis, the Financial Stability Board began the international regulation practice with other international financial institutions. A series of regulation practice has achieved positive results and influences deeply on regulation practice of authorities. This thesis analysis conceptions, features, forms of organization as the basic and then analysis regulation influence on China’s practice of shadow banking, and finally bring recommendations and operation methods. The framework of this thesis is as follows:The staple research methods in this thesis are qualitative analysis and comparison analysis. This thesis is divided into five parts and the first chapter makes an introduction mainly on the background and the significance of this study, the relevant literature review, research methods, contents, innovations and shortcomings of this thesis. The second chapter gives a general introduction about the definition, characteristic, development process and the impactions of the shadow banking, then the readers will get a basic understanding about the shadow banking. Chapter three will make an international comparative analysis about the type and supervision pattern of their shadow banking system among the five countries and regions whose shadow banking systems have a mature development. About the chapter four, firstly, the thesis will introduce the development of shadow banking in China; include the cause of development, the staple organization form and the feature. Secondly, the risk which caused by the shadow banking system will be introduced. Finally, the thesis will introduce the supervision condition and the supervision problems in China. The last chapter bases on the international comparison analysis and the problems in supervision in China, summarized the shadow banking regulation policy suggestions to our country.
