In this paper, on the assumption that the performance of listed companiesimplementing private placement is improved, some A-share listed companiesimplementing private placement in2012are chosen as samples, and theirrepresentative financial indicators are researched by a performance analysismodel. It is concluded that, on average, there will be an improvement in theperformance of listed companies in the year of private placementimplementation, while long-term performance improvement is not significant.On this basis, the paper carries out a case study on an A-share listed companyimplementing private placement in2012. Through an analysis of the privateplacement and the subsequent information of the company, it is found thatduring implementing private placement, the regulation of raising funds, thevaluation of acquired assets, the management and control of acquired assetsmay influence the performance of a company, which demands regulatoryagencies, companies and their large shareholders or actual controllers tostrengthen their supervision and control.
