The Study On Accounts Receivable Management Of F Company

With the deepening of economic globalization, the market competition of export enterprises keeps increasing. The model of sales on credit has been used widely used by export enterprises to increase their competitiveness, and the Account Receivable scale keep expanding accordingly, the enterprise have to pay more and more attention to the management of account of receivable.The purpose of this paper is to study the management of Account Receivable of the export company F and try to find the potential problems and the solutions to optimize the Account Receivable scale, to strengthen the risk management of Account Receivable, so as to realize the integration of risks and profit, to promote the profit maximization. It has great significance for company F to increase profitability and get steady development in current and next stage.The research object of this paper is the Account Receivable management of company F, from the general risk management of Account Receivable, the scale management of Account Receivable and other aspects of the theory, through the access relevant information, such as the risk management of Account Receivable, the income and costs related to Account Receivable, the scale of Account Receivable etc. According to the theory, analysis of the management of company F, the present situation of company F as well as the status of Account Receivable management system of company F. Try to diagnose the problems of Account Receivable. The theory of risk management and scale management of Account Receivable will be used to design the project to improve the system of Account Receivable management and the Account Receivable scale optimization.
