| With the fierce competition in the industry caused by the rapid economic growth and the shrinking of the market under the influence of the epidemic,advertising companies often choose to sell on credit to attract customers in order to survive.Credit sales have a great attraction for customers,and can greatly reduce the current financial pressure of customers.Especially in the epidemic situation,the cash flow can be saved and used in the more needed places.However,credit sales has a lot of financial risks for the seller.Once the accounts receivable management fails,it may cause huge risks such as limited development and operation of enterprises,broken capital chain and so on.The receivables of advertising companies often receive less attention than those of traditional industries.In the fierce competition environment,FZ company focuses on business innovation,user competition and market development,and lacks attention to accounts receivable management.The changing business model also makes it difficult for FZ company to copy the traditional management mode in accounts receivable management.It is necessary to analyze and study the accounts receivable management of FZ company,and design a set of practical and effective accounts receivable management mode in line with enterprise characteristics.Based on the receivables related management and risk control theory,the research on FZ receivables is carried out.First,the current situation of receivables quality and risk management of FZ company is studied.According to the analysis results,it is found that the quality level of accounts receivable of FZ company is ok,but the management system is not very perfect,and there is no reliable risk management system.Secondly,according to the risk management theory,the external risk factors mainly include customer risk and market situation risk;the internal risk factors mainly include credit system risk and management level risk.According to the identified risk factors,risk evaluation index system includes customer reputation risk and financial risk;market situation risk includes imperfect credit system and fierce industry competition;credit system risk including imperfect credit evaluation mechanism,unreasonable collection system,lack of whole-process credit monitoring system;management level risk including unreasonable organization setting,inadequate risk management awareness,and low turnover rate of accounts receivable.Then use hierarchical analysis and entropy weight of risk factors,according to the weight to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk score and sorting,from high to low,in turn for the customer financial risk,organization setting,customer credit risk,credit evaluation mechanism,risk management consciousness is not in place,the collection system is unreasonable,low accounts receivable turnover,credit system is not sound,industry competition is fierce.Through the analysis,it is found that FZ company mainly has high risks in terms of customer credit evaluation and sales system,organizational function setting,collection system,and the awareness and level of accounts receivable risk management.For these problems,respectively proposed to establish special credit management department,improve the customer’s reputation and financial evaluation,reasonable flexible long-term credit sales system,improve the collection mechanism,improve accounts receivable risk management consciousness,completes the accounts receivable risk transfer,enhance their competitiveness,in order to effectively reduce FZ company accounts receivable risk. |
