Discussion On The Joint-stock Banks Retail Banking Strategic Transformation Of Ideas

The retail banking business is an important class of business of commercial banks. With the changes in the international financial situation and technological change, the domestic and international retail banking industry is facing a very different market environment before, in an increasingly competitive, the problems become increasingly apparent. In this paper, the theoretical basis from retail banking, retail banking transformation of domestic joint-stock banks necessity and the main direction of development is based on the analysis of the status of the domestic and international retail banking statements, combined with Minsheng Bank retail banking transformation, stated retail banking transformation of specific measures.The first part of the article, stated the main connotation of retail banking, retail banking and related theoretical research base; the second part is for the status of international retail banking, foreign leading retail bank in the consumer market deleveraging, customer habits change technology systems and physical outlets aging face downward trend of profitability; part III focuses on the status quo of domestic and international retail banking and the analysis of problems, the status of the development of domestic commercial banks in retail banking from the competitive situation wealth management model, the development of small and micro credit, channel construction changes and card business trends and other aspects are described; part IV stated the need for retail banking transformation, the main joint-stock commercial banks, such as China Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, CITIC Bank, Guangdong Development Bank’s retail banking transformation process of the brief, and the transformation of the trends and direction; fifth section describes the basic situation of the Minsheng Bank and retail business development status; part VI Minsheng Bank retail the bank restructuring guiding ideology and development orientation, a more detailed description of the realization path of transformation, transformation methods and the design of the relevant supporting policies.
