A3-Cycle-Theory Based Review And Proposal Of Financial Policies To Promote Low-Carbon In Liaoning Province

Fiscal policy is the promotion of low-carbon industrial development an important means only scientifically sound fiscal policy can contribute significantly towards the green low-carbon industries and healthy direction. The first part is the introduction. In reviewing the history of the development of low-carbon policy, based on the description of low-carbon policy subject, object and content of status quo; the fourth part of the Liaoning Provincial fiscal policies to support low-carbon industries existing issues in depth, and analyzed these problems are deep-seated reasons; the fifth part, for fiscal policy to support low-carbon industries from the value of the existing problems, capabilities and support three aspects proposed to improve and perfect the methods and countermeasures.This paper uses qualitative and quantitative research and empirical research combined with the method of combining normative research to explore the Liaoning Province to support low-carbon industrial development policy problems, causes and solutions aimed at supporting low-carbon industries by improving policies to accelerate I Province pace of industrial restructuring, the development of green economy, building eco-friendly society.
