Study On The Policies And Measures For The Development Of Business Circles Along The Line In The Environment Of Xuzhou Subway Construction

The subway belongs to the urban mass transit,under the background of increasing road congestion in large and medium-sized cities in China,subway has become one of the main public transportation tools.As the urban public transportation,the advantages of this public transportation medium become more and more prominent.Through the improvement of accessibility,the location conditions along the line will be changed.At the same time,the great changes in the quantity and quality of people flow with the completion of the subway,not only improve the traffic conditions,but also guide the adjustment and guidance of commercial spatial structure,and then affect the spatial development structure of the whole city.This paper takes the construction of Xuzhou subway and the development of the business circles along the line as the research object,through analyzing and integrating the relevant research materials at home and abroad,combining technical methods such as theoretical analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and investigation analysis,research the influence of Xuzhou subway construction on the development of business circles along the line.On the basis of expounding the development status of Xuzhou business circles,subway construction planning,traffic conditions and residents’ travel characteristics in Xuzhou urban area before subway construction,analysis the role of Xuzhou subway construction in changing the flow of people in the region and the expansion of urban structure,which affects behavioral differences in operator and consumer and government regional planning,and then affects the development of the business circles along the line,gives the suggestions for the optimization and adjustment of the business circles along the Xuzhou subway and other related policies and measures,in order to promote the coordinated development of subway construction and business circles along the line.
