Research On The Evaluation Of Financial Quality Of The GEM Board Listed Companies

With the Shenzhen stock exchange officially opened in October2009, China has improved significantly in financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting the development of high tech enterprises. Accompanied by the emergence of the nascent market, there are many problems to the state, enterprises and investors. The most attention and most important problem is the enterprise’s financial quality. The financial quality of listing corporation being good or bad directly determines whether the listing corporation can stand in the gem, also determines whether investment on the listing Corporation by investors will all one’s efforts wasted, more determines whether the whole plate of gem in china can continue to maintain the healthy, stable development.The thesis analyzes the characteristics, function of China’s gem market and the meaning of establishing gem firstly, clarifies the connotation of gem listing corporation of the financial quality as well as the significance of the evaluation of the financial quality. Second, the thesis analyzes the GEM Listing Corporation in China, and generally analyzes the financial quality of the gem Listing Corporation. Third, evaluation of the financial quality is not only simple performance evaluation, also is not only the traditional financial statements analysis index. The thesis considers that the financial quality of gem listing corporation shall consist of aspects of profitability, operational capacity, growth capacity and the quality of assets. It should evaluates these four aspects respectively to get the financial evaluation of gem listing corporation.Therefore, the thesis establishes a new set of financial evaluation system of gem listing corporation, referring to a number of literature related to financial quality evaluation of listing Corporation, and taking into account the characteristics and situation of gem listing corporation, combining with the related theory knowledge and the expert opinions. In the empirical analysis, the thesis analyzes financial quality evaluation method at the present, and in order to reduce the adverse effect brought by the index weight of subjective factors, use the objective factor analysis method to evaluate it. By using this method calculate the score of gem listing corporation2013financial data and make a comprehensive evaluation to the gem listing corporation and its sub sectors’financial quality and its sub sectors based on the score. Finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
