Study On The Optimization Of Financial Strategy Of Shenyang HC Wind Energy Company

Because of the fast development of economy, enterprise grows bigger and stronger. Moreand more people are getting to know how to make wise decisions and management strategies toimprove the scientific management in a company. This concept also attracts more attention frompeople. Financial strategy is a part of the management strategy and has an important role in anenterprise. It influences the healthy operation of company. In order to bring more opportunities,how to use limited resources rationally and effectively to create maximum value is becoming animportant challenge to all the small and medium size enterprises. Therefore, my thesis choosesShenyang HC Wind Energy Company as my research object. My research is based on the ba-sic theory of financial strategy. I also reference foreign mature theory system and consider aboutthe company’s financial status. From the perspective of strategic management, my research fo-cuses on the financial goal setting, improvement and implementation of Shenyang HC WindEnergy Company.First, the article introduces both domestic and international study in the field of financialstrategy. Second, this article use PEST and SWOT to analyze the macro and internal environmentof this company. Also this article summarize the current situation of the financial management ofthe company and existing problems. By building a financial matrix, systematically analyzethe financial situation of the company in order to make a global and long-term financial strategyfor the company. At the same time, I provide some suggestions about how to improve the com-pany’s financial strategy from the aspect of investment strategy, capital operation strategy andincome distribution strategy. At the end, in order to ensure the implementation of these finan-cial strategies, this article propose some targeted protection measures.This article aims at making a long-term financial strategy for Shenyang HC Wind EnergyCompany by analyzing the raw data. Meanwhile, the research could provide the other companieswhich are in the same industry a new thought and method to design their financial strategies.
