Study On Supply Chain Finance Business Models In Telecommunications Industry

With the development of the theory and practice in supply chain management, cash flow optimizing in supply chain have attracted experts and corporates’ attention gradually. On the other hand, the large financing difficulties faced by SMEs in supply chain makes experts attach a lot importance in supply chain finance, just because it is an effective way to help SMEs to financing. Supply chain finance provides SMEs financial support and optimizes the capital structure of the supply chain, as a result, the overall stability and competitiveness of supply chain are improved. Meanwhile, the increasingly fierce market competition in telecommunications industry makes the research in supply chain finance in telecommunications necessary.This thesis does research on the supply chain finance business models which are applicable to the telecommunications, and the main work are as follows:A. Determine the criteria and methods in selecting core enterprises in supply chain finance, and combined with AHP establish the model to choose and evaluate the finance enterprises in supply chain finance.B. Deeply sort out the supply chain finance business model, and refine and review the key parameters of supply chain finance, then make some suggestions on key parameters’ siting;C. Analysis from theory and practice in supply chain finance application in the telecommunications, and make a number of suggestions to solve the problem in setting the key elements; meanwhile, combined with a telecom enterprise application analysis, provide a reference in supply chain finance applied in telecommunications.
