The basic function of commercial facilities is to sell product. Since business develops and thrives, simple exchange model no longer meets customers’expectation, whereupon experiential consumption, as a new consumption pattern, comes into beings. Experiential consumption not only satisfies people’s purchase requirement, but also stimulates their senses and concerns their emotional value. In doing so, the customer can be spiritually happy. The changes of consumption pattern bring about new commercial space. In the past, we created clothing commercial space on the basis of traditional transaction. However, due to the society and economy develop, and living standards improve, consumption patterns are in transition from transaction marketing to experiencing marketing. It is a popular trend to create clothing commercial space for experiencing marketing. Starting from this point, the paper studies how clothing commercial space can both satisfy people’s purchase requirement and cheer them up. To research this, the paper analyzes cases of modern clothing commercial space at home and abroad, and the research is based on environmental design, combining subjects including psychology and marketing. All these efforts are to explore how to create ideal experiencing marketing in clothing commercial space, in which customers no longer hesitate to buy products. In this way, customers will go shopping happily. Thus, the turnover rate will be higher, and merchants will benefit from this.
