In China’s emerging economic encironment, there are plentiful entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurs are in the process of intergeneratioanl change. More and more young people choose to be entrepreneurs. Transition enconomy has the features of uncertaintiy, discontinuity and high turbulence. These all together with the entrepreneurial characteristics and psychological characteristics of the second generation entrepreneurs have discribed a new research scene. Second generation entrepreneurs are the future force of the industrial transformation and upgrading. Their enrepreneurial happiness levels directly reflect the current overall level of entrepreneurial ecology and environment. Studying the entrepreneurial characteristics change, entrepreneurial motication of the "second generation entrepreneurs" and entrepreneurial environment and their effects on the entrepreneurial psychology has become the focus and concern both in the theoretical and practical cycles.The paper connects entrepreneurship theory in the field of management and hapiness theory in the field of social psychology. Based on the analysis of the multidisciplinary knowledge, the paper is the first to put forward the new composite constrct of "entreprenerial hapiness". The paper then presents research model and hypotheses through theoretical derivation and with the reference to content analysis of the realistic situations. The paper also designs questionnaire and focuses specially on145second generation entrepreneurs and explores the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial motivation orientation and entrepreneurial environment perception on entrepreneurial happiness. The study also tests the moderating effect of entrepreneurial environment perception on entrepreneurial motivation to entrepreneurial happiness. The empirical study gets several important results. Firstly opportunity-oriented motivation can positively influence entrepreneurial happiness. While survival-oriented motivation has a negtive effect on entrepreneurial happiness. Secondly, perception of government environment has significant moderating effect on entrepreneurial motivation to entrepreneurial happiness. This paper, to some extent, expands the boundaries of entrepreneurship research, inspiring research and study which concern the subjective effects of the entrepreneurship. At the same time, the conclusions of the paper also provide valuable practical guidance to the contemporary young entrepreneurs and policy makers.
