Since the reform and opening up, the economic in China has grown at a dizzying pace, China characteristics of certification and accreditation work has also achieved a series of success. By the third quarter of2014, the certificate number ranked first all over the world. In order to share Chinese accreditation market, a large number of famous foreign certification bodies influxes into China, the competition and development pressures of the domestic certification bodies continue to increase. In recent years, facing the new situation of certification industry, many certification bodies try to transition. BCC company is one of the earliest established certification bodies in China, From the quantity of the certifications issued by BCC and the number of certified customers, BCC has been ranked the forefront of the domestic certification bodies, In order to seek business development better and faster, in2011the company made the International development strategy.This research made a matching analysis between the external environment and internal conditions of the BCC by using SWOT analysis method, which pointed the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the implementation of BCC international. The research used the method of internationalization strategy and international market entry mode, pointed out the different tactics which should be taken to implement the path of BCC. The conclusion talked about the three steps of BBC internationalization strategies, and recommended that the implementation of international should focus on the overseas market, which was based on the analysis to the data and the status of BCC.The research analysis the paths and tactics of implementation of BBC international strategies to research the way to the implement of BCC international, which is following the point of certification staff. Due to the lack of related research about international strategies of domestic accreditation and certification bodies, the result of this study not only has the significance to the implementation of BCC international, but also plays some references for helping the internationalization development of other domestic certification bodies.
