ABSTRACT:Since the expedition of globalization in the early20th, enterprises in China have to face much fiercer competition in the international market, especially after China joined WTO. With this trend setting in, eventually they have to become globalized.After the lubricant market was open to the world in1992, international oil companies such as Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Total and Fuchs had increased their investments in China, thus the lubricant market in China has been changed. The commerce environment in China has evolved profoundly, the domestic market tends to become internationalized with more competitors. Because of its centralization, the domestic oil industry has been fully competing with the international giants."A" should actively maintain its domestic market while taking this great opportunity to explore its international market. In order to succeed in the international market, it has to establish a global manufacture, sale and service network.In this paper, the integrated use of the enterprise strategic management, enterprise internationalization strategy, SWOT analysis, investment evaluation, location choice and business model into the theory, combined with domestic and international two lubricating oil market and the actual business and current situation of the development of oil companies in China, at the same time, based on the experience of the international big oil companies and has A similar situation of development experience of other countries in the lubricating oil company, using SWOT to analyze the internal and external conditions and advantages and disadvantages of the development of enterprise internationalization, analyzes the reason of enterprise internationalization development, on this basis, according to different development put forward the corresponding location selection and operation mode selection foundation market trends for the future is prospected, and the Chinese oil company A internationalization development strategy put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
