The Research On Coordinated Development Between Social Performance And Financial Performance Of Microfinance Institutions In Our Country

Microfinance institutions start to develop from the70’s of the twentieth Century, and experience the transition from welfare to the Marxist system. These two systems are serving low-income persons,which have certain social benefit. The trend of institutional commercial development is becoming evident, but the the original intention of the establishment will change.Microfinance institutions-real sustainable development need to achieve the double goals of social goals and sustainable financial. It is difficult to coordinate the development of poverty alleviation and sustainable development.The scholars start to study the microfinance social performance, but on the whole research rarely.For microfinance institutions, the path of harmonious development of social performance and financial performance is an urgent problem to be solved. How the basic situation of social performance and financial performance in two mechanism model of microfinance institutions? What are the conflicts between the two? How to evaluate the social performance? What are the constraints of the coordinated development between the two? How to manage? It is of great significance to seek the path of development,and promote microfinance institutions to achieve the double goals.This paper describes the research of domestic and foreign microfinance institutions of social performance, giving some enlightenment of domestic scholars.Meanwhile summarizing the social performance and financial performance of the two types of microfinance institutions. On this basis, the paper analyses the contradiction and the possibility of the coordinated development between the two, using chromatography analysis in comprehensive evaluation of two microfinance institutions-social performance, analyzing the situation of coordinated development, its practice shows that microfinance sustainable development needs the two coordinated development. In the analysis of restricting factors of coordinated development of microfinance institutions, finally the paper puts forward policy suggestions.In order to realize coordinated development of the two,wo should give full play to the role of government,and strengthen government support, implementing the interest rate marketization; expanding the financing channels for the implementation of credit; technology innovation; innovating development of taking the customers as the centerand the market as the guidance; at the same time, constructing of social performance management system.
