The Studies On Micro Credit Support For Modern Agricultural Development

Under the influence of the rural-urban dualism, the economic development of the city has far exceeded the county, more money and manpower flow to the city. Against this background, people become focus on the development of rural economy, especially our country put greater emphasis on rural issues recently, with the trend of county’s industry nurturing agriculture overall, modern agriculture has become the general trend of the future development of the county area, it is an important way to form the differentiate complementary development, but also can make full use of the advantageous resources. Meanwhile, we also see there are many factors restricting the rural economic development of the county, but lack of funds is a major bottleneck, and the financial market of our country rural county is unperfect, credit funds supply contradiction, partial county area credit gap is serious, has become a major problem faced in the development of modern agriculture.Regarding this, this article used the literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis method and comparative analysis method in the research of this topic, and focus on Hunan county area, based on county economic development theory, rural financial theory and the development of modern agriculture theory, used the rural county of Hunan as the research object for empirical analysis, and carries on the analysis with the support of financial institutions to the rural county of modern agriculture, to find out the problems in Hunan rural financial support in modern agriculture development, and puts forward the countermeasures and solutions to improve the financial system and micro credit business on the basis of the problem, in order to enhance the level of Hunan County small credit’s support to farmers in modern agricultural development, give impetus to the development of modern agriculture counties.The specific point of view, this paper start from the research background, discusses the importance of developing modern agriculture and improving the rural financial system, combined with the scholars research to analyze how the rural financial system’s development, micro credit business’development support for the development of agriculture. And analysis of past scholars inadequate on this basis, gives this paper some research significance. Then, this paper analyzes from two aspects, one is the modern theory of agricultural development, the other is the micro finance theory, list several major forms of modern agricultural development, analyzes the support in the development of modern agriculture in the rural financial system, these are the theoretical basis for further study. Finally, modern agricultural industry structure, from the Hunan county rural income and micro finance to local modern agricultural support is analyzed, and based on analysis of the status quo of the local financial system has on the existence of Peasant Household Financing in support of issues and problems are discussed, and draw up a perfect local financial system, especially the related countermeasures of small business loans to support the development of modern agriculture, the financial system of the Hunan county rural economic development, in order to improve and enhance the rural development level, and provide theoretical support.
