An Empirical Study On The Rural Credit Cooperatives' Support For Wencheng County

County economy is the basis of the national economy,which is the basic platform for developing the overall urban and rural economic and building a new socialist countryside.It is also an important driving force for China's economic growth.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the central government has “vigorously developed the county economy” and "accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside" and these policies has become a major opportunity for county development.The central No.1 document of 2016 and 2017 stressed that we should promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side,take the road of agricultural modernization,and promote the new urbanization and new rural construction.Developing county economy and solving the "three rural" issues are inseparable from the financial support,and rural credit cooperatives are the backbone of county finance and the main force of rural finance.The rural credit cooperatives and counties economy of Zhejiang province develops quite well with a certain degree of representation and advance.This paper takes the agricultural county of Zhejiang province-Wencheng County as an example to study the support of the rural credit cooperatives to the county economy.Firstly,through the field visits,collecting rural credit cooperatives and local economic data,and master the specific practice information.Secondly,to conduct a descriptive analysis and research on the rural credit cooperatives' support for the county economy,and compared with the state-owned commercial banks,we concluded that the former has stronger support role for the latter one.And then studying the advantages and practices of rural credit cooperatives to support the development of county economy and analyzing the new demand of county finance under the new situation.Finally,we put forward our suggestions from the aspects of supporting policies,supervision policies and the reform of rural credit cooperatives development.The research of this subject is beneficial to define the relationship between Wencheng county and local economy in the process of the Wencheng county rural credit cooperatives reforming to the rural commercial banks.It is also has certain practical significance for determining its further market positioning,striving for the relevant supporting policies,accelerating the transformation of innovation and development.At the same time,it has certain enlightenment function for the development and positioning of other parts of the rural credit cooperatives and rural commercial bank.
