Research On The Input Of Technology Capital Affect The Steady Growth Of Gem Enterprise

Because of the great ability of value creativity and appreciation, the contribution of technology capital to the enterprises is growing in the current fierce competitive market. The traditional factor of production has been slowly replaced by this new factor and become the most creative and driving force factor of productivity in today’s society. Therefore, in the background of the industrial restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading of enterprises in China, the technological innovation must be promoted and the R&D investment and technological capital utilization efficiency must be increased continually. Only in this way can we constantly adapt to technological progress and promote development of enterprise and society.Firstly, the technology capital was put as the independent variables and the robustness growth of the GEM business as the dependent variable, and then the intrinsic relationship between technology capital investment and robustness growth of the GEM enterprises was analyzed. Based on the technology capital theory, core competence theory and business growth theory, the status of technology capital investment and robustness growth of GEM enterprises was analyzed. With the deep research, an important factor, the technology capital investment, affecting the GEM companies was discovered, and the study foundation of fourth and fifth chapters has been formed.182GEM enterprises which listed in2010was choose as the object to study and the evaluation methods for the robustness growth of the GEM was obtained by factor analysis. The regression analysis of robustness growth of the GEM was conducted on the perspective of the R&D intensity and proportion of technical staff. The result was obtained that technology capital has a positive impact on the robustness growth of the GEM business, and has a time lag. Finally, according to the empirical study of capital market environment, the countermeasures which conducive the robustness growth of the GEM business in China was proposed from the aspects of capital market environment, government support and supervision and technology capital operating environment within the enterprise.
