The Dynamic Changes Of Knowledge Capital In The Growth Process Of Technological Enterprises

Biopharmaceutical industry is an important part of China's Technological industry,whose rapid development process and excellent future prospect make it important to explore its growth process and development mechanism.Based on knowledge capital,this paper investigates the development process of bio-pharmaceutical companies and explores the dynamic changes of knowledge capital in different life cycles of the enterprise.In accordance with the case of Betta Pharmaceuticals,this paper provides constructive opinions on the development of technological enterprises.Based on the life cycle theory and the different stages of new drug discovery,the growth path of biopharmaceutical enterprises is established: seed stage,initial growth stage,stable growth stage,maturity stage,and decline stage.On this basis,the dynamic changes of knowledge capital in technological enterprises are analyzed through three components including human capital,structure capital and customer capital.Betta Pharmaceuticals is selected as a representative case of biopharmaceutical enterprises to analyze the dynamic changes of knowledge capital in different life cycles.At the seed stage,knowledge capital helped Betta determine the appropriate direction and address external risks and challenges,centering on the "entrepreneurship" of human capital.While entering the initial growth stage,the core connotation of knowledge capital in Betta Pharmaceuticals gradually turned to "innovation capital" and "customer capital".The synergy between the two helped the company develop rapidly and become the leading enterprise.When facing new opportunities and challenges in the stable growth stage,the further deepening of "innovation capital" and "customer capital" of knowledge capital have enabled Betta Pharmaceuticals to turn risks into opportunities and to quickly survive the crisis.Forward relevant opinions on the development of technological enterprises based on the case analysis of Betta Pharmaceuticals are proposed,including that technological enterprises should continuously improve their own entrepreneurship,increase investment in corporate innovation capital and customer capital,and build a dynamic perspective of knowledge capital at different life circles.At the same time,based on the development status and growth characteristics of technological enterprises,it is pointed out that the government should provide appropriate help and support to make them grow healthily and rapidly.
